Beach Walk & Workout

Finish your weekend strong with a light, energizing workout – all while soaking in the beautiful beach view! We'll kick off with a 30-minute walk along the shoreline, then follow it up with simple bodyweight exercises in the sand: think squats, lunges, stretches, and light core work – all adjustable to your comfort level.
No limitations for attendees, if RSVP is full you can still show up and join us. we meet in front of the food truck and leave right at 4pm
What to Bring:
Water bottle
Comfortable shoes or barefoot if you prefer the sand
Sunscreen
