This 90-minute guided experience is a space to exhale, reconnect, and come home to yourself. Through gentle somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation tools, you’ll be invited to explore what safety, self-love, and belonging feel like in your body.
This is not a performance or a class to “get right.” It’s a journey of permission—where your “no” is sacred, your pace is honored, and your body’s wisdom leads the way.

- Grounding & Consent Practice – Arrive fully in the moment and establish embodied safety.
- Heart & 8-Directions Breathwork – Open and soften your energetic heart through gentle, accessible breath patterns.
- Somatic Boundary Exploration – Learn to sense and express “yes,” “no,” and “maybe” through mindful movement.
- Belonging Circle & Integration – Anchor your insights through reflection, self-touch, and quiet community presence.
All invitations are optional. You are welcome to rest, observe, or participate at your own pace. No experience necessary
