At The Table: An Afternoon Tea for Reflection, Connection & Renewal
Details
As we open into a new year, this gathering is an invitation to celebrate ourselves, to feel energised and excited about what we want to unfold and step into, and to do so in a nourishing, reflective space.
This is a hosted afternoon tea for women who are often ‘the one’ — the steady presence, the decision-holder, the emotional anchor — and who rarely have space that centres them. It's for those who want to bring renewal, intentionality, and joy into 2026: an opportunity to slow down, take time for yourself, and connect with others in a meaningful way.
We’ll spend the afternoon enjoying afternoon tea in elegant surroundings in Bloomsbury, alongside guided conversation that invites us to be our authentic selves — talking about real things, without pretence — with reflection, clarity, laughter, and an all-round fabulous time.
***
### Some themes we’ll explore
- What we are consciously inviting into the year ahead
- How we want to move through the world
- How we resource ourselves to meet responsibility in ways that don’t deplete us, but help keep our cups full
***
### This gathering may especially resonate with women who:
- Hold leadership, responsibility, or decision-making roles (formally or informally)
- Are used to supporting and pouring into others, and are ready to pour into themselves and be co-supported
- Value depth, presence, and thoughtful conversation
Many women who are drawn to this kind of space work in senior, leadership, advisory, creative, or people-facing roles — but titles aren’t what matters. What matters is being someone others rely on.
You don’t need to identify as a “leader” to attend; readiness for reflection and presence is what counts.
***
### Connection & community
Alongside reflection, this is a chance to meet other women at a similar stage — to share conversation, insight, laughter, and perhaps form connections that continue beyond the afternoon.
Sharing is always optional. Listening is equally valued.

### Dress & self-expression
Come dressed in a way that helps you feel like yourself — at your most expressed, free, and exquisite.
This is an invitation to enjoy self-expression, play with style, and step outside of conformity in whatever way feels right for you.
