Restorative Meditation Workshop
Details
Meditation Workshop
Meditation is a mindfulness that we develop to be aware of our thoughts, actions, patterns and behaviors. Benefits from meditation are endless; other than awareness, we gain calmness, or a balanced and peaceful state of mind. Through meditation practice, we learn to bring focus back to ourselves amid the multitude of distractions around us. The practice of developing this focus not only benefits our physical body, relieving it from stress, it also allows our minds to come to rest as well so we can have more quality and restful sleep. Meditation does not only help us on an individual level, meditation is also beneficial to our career. Meditation is becoming more popular in the business realm because it allows us to understand our reasoning, to be accurate and efficient in decision making, to expand our creativity, and most of all to achieve balance amid stress and conflicts. The list of benefits from meditation goes on and on.

Meditation can take as short as 10 minutes to as long as days, different time frames allow us to practice and develop according to our own preferences, and all practices benefit our lives on multiple levels. A consistent practice is highly recommended to build one's awareness and create a balanced mindset. We all have the power and strength to create the life we wish for, just open our hearts and follow our breaths, and life shall unfold the way it is for us to experience the most out of it~~
yogaMichelle Lee, RYT-200hr, major in Restorative and Meditation, home-cooking enthusiast, part time photographer, pro-snowboarder wanna-be, and many more…
Yoga and meditation have been the mojo of Michelle's life since 4 years ago, and they have assisted her to shift her heart to a brighter and lighter side to view herself mindfully, physically and spiritually, with honesty and acceptance.
Through meditation, she develops an awareness to notice her actions, patterns and behaviors. From yoga practice, she builds a healthy physical body and gains complete acceptance and confidence of who she is. Yoga and meditation bring her closer to her heart, understand herself more deeply, and love everything she does with compassion and an open heart. She is very grateful to be sharing with you her experience on yoga and mediation, and something more.
