Regular walks and exercise free the mind and the spirit. Problems unwind and find solutions – endorphins release happiness, which makes you feel good. It’s easy to have great well-being, walks in a safe environment – meet new friends and gain confidence.

Win Hill once the site of a great battle and directly opposite Lose hill, this walk takes in the classic roman road following it before we head down to cross the A57 and come back along Hag side and Crook hill Parking at Heatherdene Car park

Fulfil your dreams and challenges we will be walking in the Mountains, and will be climbing either
Day 1 Scafell Pike or Coniston Old Man
Day 2 Blencathra/ St Sunday crag circular
Day 3 Low level route Grasmere or higher depending on peoples fitness
Subject to weather conditions and groups
Good level of hill fitness is recommended
Accommodation self book (Scales farm Scales Farm Guest House recommended and Castlerigg camp site also plenty of Air bnb's)
Cost £180 note Minimum 4/6 people required for this trip to run, happy to discuss if smaller group.

Edale Skyline walk circa 20’miles 32km: Win Hill, Kinder Scout, Brown Knoll, Rushup Edge, Mam Tor, and Lose Hill. Ascent: 1250m 4150ft 10hrs plus a challenging walk good level of fitness and stamina required Early start 6am, this experience guarantees to leave you rejuvenated and empowered.
