This is a group for people who love nature and walking and are interested in supporting their well-being through hearty outdoors activity and authentic social connection.
These are monthly eco-therapy walks on the South Downs, incorporating nature connection activities and invitations for honest conversation, facilitated by a life coach.
The host, Dan, is a qualified life coach who specialises in helping people find the life purpose, overcome addictions, develop a meditation practice and health improvement.
