This 1-hour meetup will consist of:

  • Brief welcome & intros | 10 mins
  • Nutrition & lifestyle tips for more restful sleep with Erin | 15 mins
  • Crystal bowl & chime sound bath with Alannah | 30 mins
  • Brief Q&A period | 5 mins

The talk on tips for better sleep will cover foods, beverages and natural remedies that may help promote a more restful night, plus an easy wind-down routine.

The crystal bowl & chime sound bath will bring the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation. Accompanied by restorative breath-work and a brief guided meditation.

What is the Self-Care Sundays series?
Every month Well & Free will welcome a guest expert in the health & wellness space. Each monthly 1-hour session will include a talk and/or workshop by me on the intersection of nutrition and personal growth, body image, or overall lifestyle. Guest activities may include fitness and meditation classes, motivational or inspirational talks, demos, and more.
