Step out of survival mode and into deep calm. Join us for a barefoot mindful walk, gentle breathing & a guided nature meditation at the park - donation-based and open to everyone.
Finding stillness and inner peace is one of the greatest challenges in our fast-paced world. Let's come together at the Isarauen for a gentle, mindful afternoon to slow down, connect with nature, and guide our nervous system out of "survival mode" into a state of calm and safety.
### What to expect:
Mindful Barefoot Walk (10–15 min) – Walking slowly and consciously on the grass to release tension and ground your body.
Gentle Breathing & Stretching – Simple exercises to calm your nervous system and create inner balance.
Nature Meditation – A guided practice to deeply connect with yourself and the natural world around you.
You will experience how even a short time in nature can reset your body and mind – and help you feel anchored within yourself.

📍 Meeting Point: Entrance of Muffat-Biergarten (next to Muffathalle)
🕓 Time: 4 PM – approx. 60 min
🧘 Bring: A blanket or something to sit on in the grass
