What we’re about
A nurturing collective of women, who embrace authentic connection to self and others. I created this community to support women in their journey of personal and spiritual growth, with the core belief that healing happens when we are heard and held in safe spaces.
My gatherings are sacred places of safety and trust, intentionally designed to be small and intimate, providing women the opportunity to connect authentically and vulnerably to self, Spirit and one another. If you are seeking a safe space to be seen, heard, held and to heal, we welcome you. This is a nurturing and non-judgemental gathering of women, where women of all ages, life stages, social and cultural backgrounds are WELCOME.
When you engage in this community, you will have the opportunity to;

Women’s Circles
In these sacred gatherings, women come together to be emotionally seen, heard, and held. In circle I will guide you through a variety of therapeutic activities that will inspire you to connect to your body, soul and spirit.
A Women's Circle is a safe and sacred space for Women to gather, a safe space of non-judgement, a space to come home to yourself and to see yourself in the reflection of each other, This is a space to remember your power and support each other in remembering theirs. -Anoushka Florence
Retreats
A nourishing and transformational time of seeking deeper connection to self, Spirit and like minded soul sisters. Our retreats offer a curated time of heart connection and deep inner work, in a nurturing atmosphere where healing of the body, soul and spirit is central to our time together. Led by therapeutic professionals, our retreats are sacred spiritual experiences of transformation, immersing participants in women’s circles, creative workshops and mindful movement practices.
Authentic Connections Socials
Our social gatherings offer you the opportunity to authentically connect with like minded women, in a fun and engaging environment. Our time together focuses on getting to know each other beyond the superficial and shallow conversations and often centers around food. Through guided topics and conversational prompts, we learn about one another and authentically share about ourselves and our life experiences.
Book Circle
A gathering of creatives and sensitives, healers and readers, lovers of good discussion and those seeking life transformation and authentic connection. Book Circle is for women who are pursuing personal growth and wanting to engage in personal reflection and vulnerable discussion in a group setting. Our gatherings are small and intimate, filled with authentic conversation, coffee, laughter, and at times tears, as together we integrate and embody what we learn. We meet weekly for 8 weeks, reading a chapter of a book each week and then reflecting together in circle.
