Qigong and Breathwork in park
Details
Have you heard of Qigong?
It’s an ancient Chinese movement practice focused on cultivating your inner energy. Rooted in Daoist principles, Qigong is all about flowing instead of forcing, listening to the body rather than pushing through it.
The movements are slow and gentle, yet very intentional. They work along the body’s meridian lines (think acupressure points) and engage the fascia. This unblocks any tension in the body and stored emotions.
It’s not yoga.
It may look a little like Tai Chi, but it isn’t Tai Chi either.
Think of it as meditation in motion — calming and grounding, yet surprisingly energizing. You leave feeling more present, more connected, and more at ease in your body.
