Having techniques to better regulate ourselves. Not by thinking harder, but by knowing which 'buttons to push' to activate or calm down our bodies and mind.
I want to create this event, because I really care about nervous system regulation and want to share it with you, since I feel like it can help, no matter where you are in life 😌
I am not a therapist or coach, but someone who studies nervous system techniques and energy types. I have background in Breathwork, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Somatic work
