Research indicates that well-being solutions can have a positive impact on both businesses and employees. However, it might not be easy to know where to start and how to go about it. The purpose of this group is to create a safe space for business owners, HR professionals and leaders to discuss, share and learn new skills to increase well-being in their workplace.

Anybody in the business sector that is interested in creating a healthy workplace where employees are engaged, happy to stay and do their best.
What can you expect from this group?
I am an accredited Wellness Coach-Trainer with a background in Psychotherapy. Coaching is a discipline that focuses on empowering people to bring out the best in them. You can expect a lot of that in our interactions here. You can expect a variety of formats: one-hour workshops, group discussions and a lot of powerful questions to help you tailor the learning process to your needs. It is about applying those well-being concepts and translating them into what works for you and your business.
