
What we’re about
This is a book club is specifically anyone who’s interested in health and wellbeing. Whether you are a psychologist, a therapist, a counsellor, a social worker, a dietitian or other health profession, or simply someone who are into topics in relation to mental or physical health and wellbeing, you are welcomed to join our meetings, to grow and to inspire one another.
In each gathering, we will be spending time reading books related to wellbeing, mental health related or physical health related. The reading time will be followed up by each member sharing what they have read and/or insights they have gained from the books.
The goal of this book club is to encourage continuous reading on the topic of wellbeing, as individuals and as professionals, in order to increase awareness and offer better service or support to the community. It also serves as a networking platform for health professionals and individuals interested in mental and physical health.
