Wellbelle x MVMT Studio: 8 week Learn to Strength Train program
In partnership with MVMT Studio Manly, Wellbelle’s 8-week Learn to Strength Train program is designed for those who are new to strength training, want to build confidence in the gym, or are seeking structure, support, accountability and community.If you’ve been waiting for the right moment to start, this is it!!
This program brings together MVMT Studio’s evidence based training expertise with Wellbelle’s community-first approach to preventive health, creating an experience that not only teaches you how to train but supports your long-term wellbeing through connection, education, and consistency.Program Details:
- Location: MVMT Studio, Manly Beach
- Program Dates: Saturday, 4th October to Saturday 29th November
- Intro Session: Wednesday 1st October at 7:20 PM
- Duration: 8 weeks (Saturdays 10:30 -11:30 AM) finishing on Saturday 29th November

Gut Health workshop with Bella Hookway from Enlivenwellnutrition, Saturday 11th October, 11:30–12:30pm
In this workshop, Bella will cover the gut microbiome, what it is and why it’s so important and how gut health influences hormones, mood, and overall wellbeing. She will share natural remedies, key nutrients, and supplements to support gut balance, along with practical tips to improve digestion and reduce common symptoms like bloating. Bella will also debunk common gut health myths so you know what actually works.Release & Renew: Breathwork and Reiki for Emotional Healing with Imogen French from Cosmic Flow Healing: Saturday 8th November, 11:30–12:30pm
Ever feel weighed down by old emotions or stuck in a cycle you can’t quite explain? Chances are your energy body is sending you signals. In this workshop, you’ll discover what it really means when emotions get “stuck,” how to spot the warning signs, and simple ways to release that energy so you can feel lighter and freer. We’ll finish with a powerful practice: breathwork to shift stagnant energy, followed by a blissful Reiki-infused relaxation to restore balance and flow.
