Castle Ashby circular

This is a circular walk of around 6-7 miles and will take around 3 hours in total. It starts in the village of Castle Ashby - head for the Rural Shopping Yard - see link below:

The postcode is NN7 1LF - once you get to the Shopping Yard follow the signs to the overflow car park.

We will head to the River Nene via Cogenhoe, following the river for about a mile before heading back to Castle Ashby via the village of Whiston. Please note that the walk is largely off the road and it is quite hilly in parts.
