Welcome to Wellington Creative Tours

Are you looking for social events based around art or go on walking tours to see how creative Wellington New Zealand is as a local or a tourist? Then join our group to see what it’s all about.

Some examples of events we will post include walking tours though Wellington based around particular types of art and themes such as oil painting, tattoo studios, art galleries, art studios, public sculptures, architecture, outdoor drawing (plain air), life drawing.

We welcome all levels of creatives from interested, beginners to advanced just looking to explore, learn or just socialize.

We are grateful to any creative spaces that welcome us to see art work and artists we might not usually get to see. Bridging the gap between public and the arts.

If you'd like to get in touch with the organisers — for volunteering, introducing us to your art gallery to pitch your art to the public, offering to give talks, sharing feedback, offering suggestions, or anything else you can message the host on Meetup.

Please note we are aiming to have plenty of free events, but would also like to have some paid events as well would be great.
