The content is designed with an “about” nature, to offer information on the opportunity that the non-religious Buddhism-based psycho-philosophy has to offer. Thus, allowing participants to determine the personal applicability to support self-empowerment, self-improvement, and development of more control over one’s life.
It aims to suit those who wish to sincerely find genuine solutions, self-guidance, and a personal development platform for their personal life, family life, and/or professional life.
Subject to the specific interests of the participants, the content includes some or all of the following topics:
* relevance of the (non-religious) psycho-philosophical method of Buddhism in the Digital Age
* high level reference to other philosophies and different Buddhist branches provides input for those who wish to choose and are deciding between them
* review of the original, non-religious Buddhist teachings, to allow individuals to assess the applicability
* potential values and benefit that may be derived from applying the Buddhist methodology
* how the Buddhist method facilitates balance in life, mood, and responses, supporting personal development and growth, and development wisdom and happiness
* potential values, such as input to the question of the purpose of life, the pros and cons of an ethical life, the personal returns from altruism and loving kindness
* potential benefits, including reduction of stress, anxiety, and depression and improving physical, mental, and emotional health, fitness, and performance
* how the Buddhist method can assist us in understanding and addressing more complex subject, such as the grip that addictions have on all of us (knowingly or not), seeking answers to questions such as how personal gain derives from loving kindness, the benefits from ethical over self-centred conduct
* common misconceptions, such as that the Buddhist method is about achieving a higher state at the end of one’s life or about after life goals (as often associated with the term “enlightenment”)

We are not seeking intellectual exploration, information for information sake, or debating for debating sake. Instead, our focus is on the pragmatic application for the purposes of improving one’s life, in terms of purpose, health, performance, wisdom and happiness.
The Mindfulness approach of the Buddhist methodology, is applicable to personal life, self-discovery, family life, as well as to professional life, including increase in focus and concentration, team skills, and leadership abilities.
