Details
A shorter read for September after August's double act. Heart of a Dog (or A Dog's Heart) is a 1925 novel by Mikhail Bulgakov, described as a biting satire of Bolshevism. The book wasn't officially published in the Soviet Union until 1987.
Our group very much enjoyed Bulgakov's masterpiece The Master and Margarita back in 2018, so looking forward to reading another of his works...
Wellington library has a couple of copies plus an e-audiobook.
