All You Need to Know About Kustomize
In the dynamic world of Kubernetes configuration management, Kustomize has emerged as a powerful and flexible tool that allows you to customize, parameterize, and manage your Kubernetes manifests with ease. This presentation provides a comprehensive exploration of Kustomize, from the basic Kustomize overlay concept, to the integration with ArgoCD. Throughout the presentation, we'll provide practical examples, best practices, pitfalls and real-world use cases to showcase the full potential of Kustomize.

Building Product Mindset into Our Platform Teams
Over the last few years Trade Me’s platform teams have embarked on a journey to be more outcome driven and build platforms their customers love to use. This talk will introduce you to some tools we adopted from Product practices to help us in achieving this goal. If we have time we can talk about some of the challenges of dealing with legacy internal tooling.
