Docker web services with Consul

Hello all, December is a busy month between year-end functions, and Kiwicon (come say hi, if you're going too) - so we're going to be kicking off again in the new year, with another meetup.

Graham Jenson will be talking us through how to use Consul (https://consul.io/) (an open source service discovery and key-value system) to setup service discovery with docker (https://www.docker.com/) web services.
