Sally Mok: Transforming Product & Development Teams with Kanban

Details
In this webinar, Sally will share how key lessons from the Kanban System Design (KSD) course and Kanban for Design and Innovation course (KDI) translated into real-world improvements for their Product and Development Teams at Plexure. She'll highlight the practical changes they implemented, the strategies that made a difference, and the outcomes they achieved as a result. This session is designed for anyone looking to understand how they bridged the gap between learning and application, and how to drive meaningful change in cross-functional teams.
