The Wellington Magic Club is a community formed to encourage the pursuit of Magic as a performing art and to foster the appreciation of the skills, art and history of Magic.
We hope to provide an environment to learn and teach the skills and art of magic, and to enable a haven for the performance of magic in a safe environment amongst peers.
We do our best to protect the secret methods and techniques of magic, and preventing divulging of the same to the public.
If you are just after the secrets then this probably isn't the place for you. But, if you are willing to take the magicians oath (not to reveal secrets to non-magic folk) and dedicated to learning the art of magic and honing your skills, then you are more than welcome.
Our members are of all ages and skill levels, so there is no need to feel intimidated if you are a beginner. This is a place to learn, to develop your skills and get feedback from others.
We meet on the first Wednesday of every month, plus often hold lectures from world-renowned magicians.
