Hear internationally renowned yoga wisdom teacher Acharya das talk about the benefits of these practices and how you can include them in your life. Acharya das will be joined by other experienced kirtan musicians from Auckland's Mantra Band.

ACHARYA DAS
Acharya das is an Internationally renowned yoga wisdom teacher.
Acharya teaches yogic wisdom, Vedic philosophy, meditation, kirtan, and the path of happiness, to a wide variety of audiences. For the last four years, he has taught the Freedom From The Inside meditation and mindfulness program to inmates at the Auckland Prison, Paremoremo. Delicious vegetarian and vegan refreshments will be provided.
