We believe in fostering heartfelt connections and personal growth by sharing our life experiences.

Come along and practice public speaking in an environment where kindness and authenticity are at the heart of everything we do 💗!

Everyone will have an opportunity to talk at every event. You're encouraged to take the stage and share your thoughts, you're also welcome to just watch and absorb the atmosphere, if that's more comfortable for you too.

**🤔 Who is this for?**

• **Complete beginners** who are keen to push their comfort zones and see what we're all about. There are **absolutely no expectations** in terms of public speaking experience or English fluency.

• **Intermediate speakers** looking for another forum to practice and improve amongst a like-minded community.

• **Advanced speakers** looking to polish their skills, experiment with ideas and approaches, and impart their wisdom to others!

**⚙ How it works:**

• Attendees put their name in a hat to volunteer to take their turn on the stage and be given a random topic to talk about

• Deliver an impromptu talk on the given topic for 1-3 minutes (there will be a timer keeping you in check).

• Receive immediate feedback from the audience

**📃 Overview of evening:**

5:45 p.m. - Drinks, chat and make friends.

6:15 p.m. - Overview and introductions

6:30 p.m. - Impromptu talks.

8:00 p.m. - feedback and wrap up.

Whatever you're comfortable in.

Free - although we encourage you to support the venue and purchase a drink at the bar🍹.
