The WellyRecMeetup is back for 2019 and we are going BIG!

After deciding we wanted to talk on Employment Branding and Immigration we managed to get the best people we could to chat to you in Helen Flannery Marketing at NZ police on their successful recruitment videos and Jennifer DeWald-Harrison from PWC to educate us on all the changes we need to be mindful of with Immigration and Compliance.

Helen is the Senior Marketing Advisor at NZ Police

She has been with New Zealand Police for the last 4 years, initially managing the 75 years of Women in Policing project which had a strong recruitment focus. She developed the last two Police recruitment campaigns which featured the World's Most Entertaining Recruitment Video (2017) and Breaking News, the next Epic Recruitment Video (2018) and is responsible, along with colleagues in Recruitment and Police's Maori Pacific Ethnic Services team for rolling out a number of recruitment marketing initiatives.

She has extensive marketing and communications experience and has worked for a range of Government, industry and private organisations in Wellington.

Helen is going to take us through the journey of the recent successful recruitment videos and how they were successful for NZ Police.

Jennifer is a Director at PwC and has previously done a great talk on Immigration and what we need to think about. So we asked her to come back and chat to us again as there is lots going on in Immigration - well at least in the compliance space - and lots of speculation about what policy will look like in this year.
