Eastbourne past Pencarrow Light House and beyond to Baring Head.

Easy Ride: It will be a great day to be out there on your bike.
Suit all riders with various ride options available.
Fine weather almost guaranteed.

Main ride: From Wahine Memorial, Eastbourne we will follow the Pencarrow Coast Road south past the Pencarow Lighthouse. This ride is on shingle farm tracks.
Options include: We could visit Pencarrow Light House or carry on to the Baring Head lighthouse on farm tracks and climb to the highest point.

E bikes are welcome but we ride as fast as the slowest rider.
We will on tracks that are shared with dogs, walkers and other cyclists.

You will need:
A well-maintained bike with MTB tyres.

• Helmet.
• Bike gloves.
• Spare tube, tube repair kit, pump and basic bike tools.
• Lights if a night ride
• First aid kit.
• Water /snacks.

Emergency Contact Card with your emergency contacts name and phone numbers, OR be happy to give your emergency contact details to the ride organiser well before the start of the ride.
