Social ride Pencarrow Lighthouse & beyond to Baring Head. Monday 2 June 9.30am

LONG WEEKEND YAHOO. Make the most of a day off and come out riding with us. The weather looks good. It will be a fun day out.

Suits all riders

From Wahine Memorial, Eastbourne we will follow the Pencarrow Coast Road south past the Pencarrow Lighthouse to Baring Head lighthouse
This ride is on gravel tracks.

Please RSVP if you are planning to join us.
E bikes are welcome but we ride as fast as the slowest rider.
We will on tracks that are shared with dogs, walkers and other cyclists.
Add a PLUS ONE to your invite and bring your friend along.

You will need:
A well-maintained bike with MTB tyres.

• Helmet.
• Bike gloves.
• Spare tube, tube repair kit, pump and basic bike tools.
• Lights if a night ride
• First aid kit.
• Water /snacks.

Emergency Contact Card with your emergency contacts name and phone numbers, OR be happy to give your emergency contact details to the ride organiser well before the start of the ride.
