I did TOGAF so you don't have to (or maybe you should)
Details
It's me again! I'm Mike Gilbert, an Enterprise Architect for Z Energy, and I recently gained my Togaf 10 certification after putting it off for probably 25 years.
I will go over what TOGAF actually is (and is not) and why you should (or should not) become TOGAF certified.
I did my TOGAF course online along with other students in five different time zones - I'll talk about that experience too. It's my first experience of highly collaborative online training - how effective was it?
I'll also give you some inside tips about how to prepare for and pass the TOGAF exam, and what the exam experience is like.
Everyone is welcome - if you are in an IT/Digital role or considering one, you do architecture and you should come along and meet us. This talk will be particularly useful for folks considering an Architect role or want to know what Architects do.
This talk will be both in person and remote via Teams. I'll post links to the Teams session closer to the time.
