I have created a self-development spiritual group to meet like minded people.

My background is in counselling, life coaching, mental health and self-healing journey.
My passion is to help people be their authentic, beautiful selves.

Each event will cover a new topic.
The group will cover......

• Ways to discover your unique self.
• Guided meditation
• Activities to get to know the real you
• Meeting like minded people and having peer discussions.
• Listening to your intuition

I invite you to come along to my home in Paparangi, Wellington

These will run every fortnight on a Monday.
