How do you gain traction with accessibility in a B2B Saas product that wasn't built with accessibility in mind?

This talk explores the various approaches toward making headway with accessibility work on a 15 year old monolith. It takes a realistic look at where good intentions fall short and managing current and future accessibility debt. It focuses on strategies for embedding accessibility into ways of working in a way that is sustainable and requires the least amount of effort, aka the path of least resistance.

About the speaker:

Dianne Tennent is a software developer who is passionate about user experience and finding solutions to seemingly intractable problems.
