Agentic AI is reshaping how we delegate, decide, and deliver. In this session, we’ll explore what makes an AI truly agentic—autonomous, multimodal, and accountable and introduce the concept of agent desiderata: the essential qualities we seek in ideal agents. The term “desiderata” refers to things that are considered highly desirable or necessary. It comes from the Latin word desideratum, meaning “something desired” or “something wanted.” We’ll unpack how these criteria guide the design of agents that don’t just assist, but act—embedding intelligence into real-world workflows. Whether you're building, deploying, or just curious, this is your primer on intelligent delegation and the future of AI agents.
