AI for Better UX: From Insight to Impact
·OnlineOnlineThe UX process is evolving rapidly, with increasing pressure to deliver deeper user insights, faster — while still turning those insights into meaningful recommendations for improvements.
Using Health NZ Careers attribution as a case study, this presentation explores practical examples of how AI can be integrated into research and discovery workflows to accelerate analysis, uncover patterns and help teams identify opportunities to improve content and UX. It looks at how AI can support — rather than replace — traditional UX methods.
The presentation demonstrates how AI-generated insights can be transformed into clearer, more engaging ways of communicating findings with stakeholders, making complex research easier to understand and helping teams build a stronger case for change with stakeholders. Using AI as a practical tool within the UX workflow to free up time for the thinking, creativity and decision-making that make research valuable.
