What AI means for content design
AI doesn’t replace content design. It makes it more important. From the Govt.nz AI assistant pilot, one message came through clearly: AI is only as good as the content it draws from. The same content design practices that support usability, accessibility, and findability also shape how AI tools interpret and present information.
This session is for content practitioners who want to understand how everyday content decisions affect AI‑generated answers. We’ll share what the Govt.nz AI assistant pilot taught us about designing content that works for both users and AI.
