Diagnosing what AI Is doing with your content
Your content is being consumed and your customers' queries answered on your behalf by AI tools you don't control. What can you do about it and where should you start?
In this talk, Mj, Amy and Ruth will share a fictionalised case study, based on real client work, demonstrating the iterative, experimental approach they used to understand where limited effort might deliver the biggest return in a large and complex content ecosystem. They'll walk through practical, replicable methods for diagnosing how your content performs in AI tools today, understanding what's driving the problems underneath, and mapping where the risk and value are highest.
