Game format:
The basic game rules apply except:
- Ship selection will be through special rules. Select a ship from the available ships (see below), and select a pilot skill from the pilot skill available for that ship. There will be no unique pilots. No upgrades can be purchased. Players can select from one of these ships, note that there will be a limited number of each ship:
A-Wing - Pilot Skill range from 1-5
Y-Wing - Pilot Skill range from 1-5
B-Wing - Pilot Skill 1
Kihraxz Fighter - Pilot Skill range from 1-3
M3-A Scyk Intercepter - Pilot Skill range from 1-9
TIE Fighter - Pilot Skill range from 1-9
TIE Interceptor - Pilot Skill range from 1-4
Tie Punisher - Pilot Skill range from 1-2
X-Wing - Pilot Skill range from 1-2
TIE Advanced - Pilot Skill range from 1-2
Z-95 Headhunter - Pilot Skill range from 1-9
HWK-290 - Pilot Skill range from 1-7
Tie FO - Pilot Skill range from 1-7
Tie Bomber - Pilot Skill range from 1-7
Attack Shuttle - Pilot Skill range from 1-6
Tie Advanced Prototype - Pilot Skill range from 1-7
G-1A Starfighter - Pilot Skill 1 - Each player can have one Star Wars small base ship at time.
- There will be upgrades to pick up on the board to improve your ship. These upgrades are not limited by your ships available slots. So if your A-wing finds a heavy laser cannon or an tie fighter finds advanced sensors they can equip it.
- Set-up
Each Table will have obstacles already set-up and upgrade markers on the board.
4-7 players per a table. Depending on numbers.
Ships are set-up in pilot skill within one range of any edge.
Ties for initiative are broken by ship cost then a dice roll. - Picking up an upgrade. A ship needs to overlap the upgrade marker with their ship or the movement template.
Then randomly select an upgrade from the upgrade box. This immediately appears on your ship. - Blown up. If your ship is blown up you may place the ship and upgrades in the discards. Then get another from the pool. Your new ship arrives within range 1 of any board edge on the round after you got blown up. As you have just exited hyperspace you cannot move or take actions but can still shoot.
Rounds:
I plan to have two rounds of no more than 75 minutes each.
Winner:
