Keen to incorporate some interval training for any upcoming events or even just to have a bit of a blat?
Don't let the word 'intervals' scare you - here's an opportunity to come and do some mid-week interval training in a fun group. We always gather back together during the recovery periods so nobody gets left behind!
I'll post a workout suggestion in the comments each week.
We'll start outside Freyberg Pool at 5:40pm and finish up at 6:15pm in time to join Chillout Run (if you want!).
