Join me on a culinary adventure through the food hotspots of Wellington City, with a focus on flavourful, local and seasonal food. Restaurants picked by a chef looking to explore and try some exciting cooking. Come experience some new cuisines and to experience the cool local ingedients that this country has to offer.
The idea is to try the degustation or degustation equivalent on offer, to try a large variety of dishes, and new flavors.
The first destination will be Highwater Eatery, a restaurant that focuses on fermentation, pickling and other in-house techniques to showcase local food. Inspired by Noma, a restaurant unafraid to try bold flavor combinations and well-known for showcasing local flavors.
