Come experience some new cuisines and to experience the local ingedients that New Zealand has to offer.

Join me on a culinary adventure through the food hotspots of Wellington City, with a focus on flavourful, local and seasonal food. Restaurants picked by a chef looking to explore and try some exciting cooking.

We will be trying out Trust the Chef menu where we don't know what we'll get. This will be a fun surprise and a trust the chef experience, some past dishes are:

• Confit Butternut Squash, Pecan, Lemon, Butternut Miso, Nasturtium
• 48hr Braised Short Ribs, Manuka Potato Mousse, Potato Crumb, Herbs
• Lucid Chocolate, BBQ Banana, Miso and Peanut Butter Caramel

⭐ What to Expect ⭐

• Meet us at the venue.
• When you arrive, ask at the table for your host's name, and then you'll meet everyone.
• We will be going for a degustation with a price of $160 and we'll be booking it for around 6pm on August 23rd.
