Mangahao Flats Hut overnight

Easy/Med overnight tramp to Mangahao Flats Hut and return. 11km each way suitable for confident beginners. There are a few windfall trees to walk around and the track has deteriorated in places.
Car pool from my place in Paraparaumu to drive to Shannon and the start of the track at the lower Mangahao dam.
