Mangaone bush bash

New date to avoid bad weather now Sun 3 May. This is a bush bash following old overgrown logging roads in the Mangaone area. It's a reccie exploring the bush on the true right of the stream. Expect overgrown sections, windfalls and erosion. Navigation decisions will be by the whole team. This is for experienced well equipped trampers only. Whistle and torch are essential items in your day pack. At the beginning we cross the stream so it will be wet feet. Postponed if wet weather.
Either meet at my place, or I can pick people up from Waikanae or Paraparaumu railway stations (arrange in advance) or meet us at the South Mangaone car park 9.30 am.
