Mid Week Recharge: Goal setting and Quantum Jump Meditation

Join us for our first meetup to set and share goals you want to achieve and get help to break down the detailed steps on how to get there. Same date next month, we will meet again and we will celebrate wins and set new goals! Expect to make connections, get clarity, laugh, have fun, get a light workout and mindset recharge.
Agenda:
- Welcome & Introductions– get settled in, order coffee or drink if you like, introductions and connections
- Goal Setting Activity– set intentions for the month and map actionable steps. Worksheets will be provided to help
- Walk to either Meditation Garden or Beach (we can decide as a group)
- Quantum Jump Meditation – guided visualization to shift mindset and energy
- Reflection & Sharing– optional journaling and group discussion
- Connection & Wrap-Up– network, sip more coffee, and leave recharged
What to Bring:
- Notebook or journal
- Pen
- Water
- Mosquito Spray (optional but recommend)
- Open heart and positive energy 🌸
Where to Meet:
We will meet at the cafe in the park. It's open air, and right across from the beach. They sell coffee/drinks.
