1. Grounding & Intention (15 mins)
- Guided meditation (based on practices from Time to RISE)
- Prompt: “What energy do I want to bring into this week?”
2. Goal Setting & Strategy (20 mins)
- Brief check-in on progress from the previous week
- SMART Goal Refresh: What’s realistic this week?
- Tip of the week (mini coaching segment)
3. Dialogue & Connection (25 mins)
- Community discussion: “What’s working, what’s challenging?”
- Group journaling prompt shared in chat
- Breakout groups for deeper discussion (TBD)
4. Forward Momentum (15 mins)
- Closing circle
- Affirmations & commitments
- “How are you RISING this week?”
