Inspired by lavender in full bloom and the gentle pace of midsummer, this 60-minute sound journey invites you to pause, breathe, and unwind. Through resonant tones, subtle aromatherapy, and guided breathwork, you'll be supported in releasing tension, quieting the mind, and settling into a calm, grounded presence. 🌿💜

​We are delighted to welcome Noelani Kelly, founder of Sacred Serpentine, to the Earth & Grain teaching team. Rooted in ceremony, Noelani creates experiences that invite deep listening, remembrance, and connection to the wisdom within. Together, Suki and Noelani will guide a nourishing sound journey designed to support deep rest, renewal, and connection.

​Held in the warm setting of a local winery, this Earth & Grain gathering offers a simple, refreshing way to slow down, reset, and soften into the longer light of the season. 🌿

Come in comfortable clothing. For this session you will be provided with :

• ​Supportive pillow
• ​Breathable Merino wool blanket - regulates the body temperature
• ​A 3×6ft Faux Sheepskin rug
• A genuine sheepskin laid on the top for added cushion
• ​Eye-pillow
• ​A carefully prepared sanctuary for deep rest
