Address Imposter Syndrome or Excessive Self doubt despite achievements

Details

Join me for a free workshop on process and tools to address excessive self doubt/imposter syndrome.

Owning up to your accomplishments is essential - for yourself. And these accomplishments don't have to be about work. Acknowledging and affirming what we achieved is one of the most important things to increase motivation.

On the contrary, if we repeatedly brush aside what we did and keep seeing what we didn't do, our self-doubt can build too high to let us act. Moreover, excessive Self-doubt, also called imposter syndrome, can make us overcompensate at work or home, and we might down-prioritize health.
