This is a casual conversation, not a formal presentation. Whether you’re building healthier habits, exploring holistic wellness, growing a business, or just looking to connect with positive-minded people, this event is for you.
Agenda:

  • 10 minutes → Informal introductions (share your name, what wellness or business goals you’re currently working on, and any tips or resources you love)
  • 30–40 minutes → Group discussion:
  • How are you maintaining physical and mental health?
  • What helps you stay motivated or on track with personal/business goals?
  • Any wellness routines, supplements, apps, books, or practices that make a difference for you?
  • 10–15 minutes → Wrap-up and networking
