Wellness Walk & Talk

Join me for a walk along the beautiful Coast Blvd! We will meet at 9AM at Parakeet Cafe. There are three different Parakeet locations in La Jolla, so make sure you map to the correct address on Coast blvd.

Expect a 1 hour walk up & back on the coast trail. Feel free to arrive early or stay later for coffee! I'll be there at 8:50AM looking for the group.
