I’m inviting you to join me for a peaceful, energizing start to your weekend with Free Yoga in the Park — guided by me, Dr. Sahila, M.D.
**Each Saturday and Sunday morning at 7:00 AM, **we gather under the open sky at West Windsor Community Park to move, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves and nature.
These sessions are gentle, grounding, and open to all levels — whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. As a physician who’s also deeply passionate about holistic healing, I design each flow to support your physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.
🧘♀️ Here’s what you can expect:

A 45-minute yoga session focused on breath and movement

15 minutes of Surya namaskar (sun salutation)

10 minutes of Pranayama (breathing exercises)

10 minutes of Vinyasa flow (series of poses)

5 minutes of Guided meditation.
