Aroma Steam Masterclass at Banya No 1

This is the second aroma steam masterclass at the luxurious Russian bathhouse and Wellness spa Banya No 1 in Hoxton. During this 3-hrs interactive masterclass you will plunge into a steamroom enhanced with aromas of different herbs traditionally used in the Russian steamroom (or banya). You will learn about health benefits of these herbs, will taste them in a herbal tea or decoction, and most importantly inhale and sense their healing power in the steamroom. The session includes 2 group aroma steam sessions as well as individual "parenie" alongside a chosen aroma steam.
