Wellness Within

Wellness Within is an online support group for Black women, where they can share, encourage, and motivate one another toward healthy living. We will discuss both challenges and accomplishments. While we will host speakers, we do not endorse any specific approach; instead, we welcome diverse opportunities for wellness success.
