About us

Wellness Wonder is an outdoor movement and urban wellness community in Hong Kong. Life in Hong Kong can be busy and stressful, and we often forget to slow down, take a breath, and appreciate the beauty around us. This group is a space to move, reconnect with yourself, and enjoy the city in a calmer, more mindful way.

Led by Sophia, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, landscape architect, and lecturer, our sessions combine movement, breathwork, and simple mindfulness practices. We keep things friendly, welcoming, and accessible, with space for both beginners and those with more experience. Sophia has been organizing community events on Meetup since 2021 and holds a Super Organizer badge, so Wellness Wonder is hosted by an experienced and reliable organizer.

What we do:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga
⁕ Outdoor yoga at Tamar Park and other waterfront/green spaces
⁕ Mini yoga retreats and themed sessions
⁕ Nature‑inspired walks and mindful city walks
⁕ Customized sessions for groups, private gatherings, and corporate team building

🥋 Kungfu
⁕ Taekwondo forms and basic techniques for strength, coordination, and confidence, suitable for beginners and mixed levels

💪 Strength Training
⁕ Playful HIIT sessions to build strength and stamina
⁕ Bodyweight exercises, pulling drills, and resistance band work
⁕ Beginner-friendly and adaptable for different levels

💗 We offer a mix of free community events and paid classes.
💗 Fees (when applicable) are kept affordable and always listed clearly on each event page.
💗 All sessions are beginner-friendly, with options to go deeper, and can be offered in English or Mandarin.
